Policy Insight On-line Seminar Series

In addition to our TranSight Seminars, REMI is offering an eight-session Policy Insight Seminar Series in the Spring of 2008. Policy Insight helps analysts evaluate the effects of a broad range of policies that influence economic activity, including policies concerning economic development, energy, the environment, and taxation. Planners, forecasters, and demographers also use Policy Insight to develop medium and long-term economic and demographic forecasts that extend to 2050.
The seminar series comprises six core sessions; the final two sessions are advanced technical sessions designed to look at the new and key equations of the model. All sessions will be offered, at no charge, via the WebEx Internet conferencing system with live teleconferencing, and are approximately one hour in length. While participants need not attend all sessions, we strongly encourage you to do so. A certificate of participation will be presented to those who attend all six core training sessions. Each session is offered with ten time/date options, and registration is limited to fifteen attendees.
