REMI Webinar: TranSight 4.0 Launch Series

Three-part TranSight 4.0 Launch Series

March 14, 2017 - April 13, 2017
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

We are excited to offer a special three-part webinar series to mark the release of TranSight 4.0, our next generation platform for evaluating the economic impacts of infrastructure proposals.

We will be looking ahead to rapid change in infrastructure amid Trump’s proposed investments, technological innovation, and the new economy. Dynamic economic modeling will play a vital role in understanding these developments.

REMI Senior Economic Associate Marley Buchman will guide you through the enhanced navigation and policy variable options of the TranSight 4.0 platform. He will also delve into the most pressing questions about infrastructure and transportation policy.

Session 1: Rebuilding America – Trump’s Infrastructure Goals and Challenges
As a candidate, President Trump promised to invest $1 trillion over 10 years in the country’s aging infrastructure. Dynamic economic modeling allows for objective assessment of infrastructure priorities. Careful analysis also provides insight about different financing options, such as the private-public partnerships that Trump prefers.
