The Center for Automotive Research (CAR), an Ann Arbor, MI, non-profit, non-partisan research firm, recently released a research memo on the economic and fiscal contributions of the 2009 “Cash for Clunkers” program. Please join us at 2:00 pm EST on March 23rd as CAR’s Adam Cooper and Debbie Maranger Menk explain the study approach and methodology employed to identify direct job retention and creation at the plant level as well as estimated spin-off jobs and fiscal effects on a state-by-state basis. The presentation will last approximately one hour in length and will be offered at no charge via the WebEx Internet Conferencing System. Advanced registration is required.
