Columbus, OH Luncheon Decision 2018 Policy and the Economy

Info

Midterm elections often shake up politics and inspire a shift in policy-making, especially in state government. This November, Ohio and 38 other states or territories will hold gubernatorial elections, including 18 with open seats.

REMI cordially invites you to a luncheon presentation titled “Decision 2018 – Policy and the Economy” in Columbus, Ohio on Monday, November 5th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Ohio is grappling with a range of issues – such as workforce development, the opioid crisis, and energy efficiency – and the outcome of its gubernatorial election could help shape the state’s future direction.

For this presentation, REMI Economic Associate Harry Walsh will discuss the issues in the upcoming election and the economic policy implications. He will explore the role of dynamic economic modeling in evaluating alternative solutions and providing objective answers in contentious times.

We’re offering this event free of charge; however, we do ask that you register in advance. If you would like to attend this event, please email Brian Boyd at Brian.Boyd@wp.remi.com, contact us by phone at (413)549-1169, or fill out the registration page for this event.
