Info

Midterm elections often shake up politics and inspire a shift in policy-making. With Congressional control and scores of gubernatorial and legislative offices at stake, the national results could have significant impacts on states’ economies.
REMI cordially invites you to a luncheon presentation titled “Decision 2018 – Policy and the Economy” in Olympia, Washington on Monday, November 5th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Changes in Washington D.C. could alter the direction in health care, fiscal policy, infrastructure, and other issues, which would affect Washington’s economy. For this presentation, REMI Economic Associate Cameron Luther will discuss the issues in the upcoming election and the economic policy implications. He will explore the role of dynamic economic modeling in evaluating alternative solutions and providing objective answers in contentious times.
We’re offering this event free of charge; however, we do ask that you register in advance. If you would like to attend this event, please email Brian Boyd at brian.boyd@wp.remi.com, contact us by phone at (413)549-1169, or fill out the registration page for this event.
